{"id":6279,"date":"2021-08-04T23:23:53","date_gmt":"2021-08-05T03:23:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trustpulse.com\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=6279"},"modified":"2024-02-20T13:01:21","modified_gmt":"2024-02-20T18:01:21","slug":"how-to-cancel-your-subscription-with-trustpulse","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/trustpulse.com\/docs\/how-to-cancel-your-subscription-with-trustpulse\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Cancel Your Subscription with TrustPulse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you no longer need your TrustPulse subscription, you can easily cancel it at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this article, you\u2019ll learn how to cancel your TrustPulse subscription.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Before_You_Start\"><\/span><b>Before You Start<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some things to know before you begin:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canceling your subscription will stop your account from auto-renewing at the end of the current term.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once your subscription has been canceled, you\u2019ll still have full account access and campaign functionality until your account expires at the end of your current term.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once your canceled account expires it may be permanently deleted. If this happens the account cannot be recovered.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cancel_Your_Subscription\"><\/span><b>Cancel Your Subscription<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To cancel your TrustPulse subscription, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Navigate to the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.trustpulse.com\/account\/billing\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Billing page<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in your account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.
