Smart Tags allow you to easily show that data using specially formatted placeholder text.<\/p>\n<p>For example, you can show the first name and location from a Purchase Notification.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"smart-tag-format\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Smart_Tag_Format\"><\/span><b>Smart Tag Format<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every Smart Tag must start with two opening curly braces and end with two closing curly braces. This allows us to determine which content should be replaced inside of your campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first value should be either a predefined smart tag or the name of a custom variable you have defined.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{SMART_TAG_NAME}}<\/code><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can optionally use a pipe character (|) followed by text to use as the default in the event that the tag information cannot be found.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{SMART_TAG_NAME|DEFAULT_TEXT}}<\/code><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"smart-tag-examples\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Smart_Tag_Examples\"><\/span><b>Smart Tag Examples<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here is an example of a Smart Tag showing the visitor\u2019s first name.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{first_name}}<\/code><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"With_Default_Text\"><\/span><b>With Default Text<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this example we use the same Smart Tag but have also specified \u201cSomeone\u201d as the default text to use if the tag information was not available:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{first_name|Someone}}<\/code><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"predefined-smart-tags\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Predefined_Smart_Tags\"><\/span><b>Predefined Smart Tags<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following predefined Smart Tags are available for use on TrustPulse:<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Available Tags<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{first_name}}<\/code>: The first name of the customer who purchased a product from your site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{analytics_count}}<\/code>: The total statistics collected in an analytics campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{notification_count}}<\/code>: The total number of notifications generated from an on-fire campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{location}}<\/code>: The geolocation of the customer or visitor who made the notification.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Available Tags with Product Data<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{cart_count}}<\/code>: The number of products in a customer\u2019s cart that they purchased.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{product_name}}<\/code>: The name of the product that was purchased on your site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{product_image_url}}<\/code>: The image url of a purchased product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{product_price}}<\/code>: The price of a purchased product without currency symbols.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><code>{{product_url}}<\/code>: The URL to a purchased product.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 id=\"how-to-use-smart-tags-with-trustpulse-woocommerce-integration\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Use_Smart_Tags_with_your_TrustPulse_WooCommerce_Integration\"><\/span><strong>How to Use Smart Tags with your TrustPulse WooCommerce Integration<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After integrating TrustPulse with your WooCommerce store you can use smart tags to customize the message in your notifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. You can use the <code>{{product_name}}<\/code> smart tag to pull the name of the product that was purchased by a customer. For checkouts with multiple products use the <strong>Single Product Priority<\/strong> option to control which singular product data is used.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.
